Coors Light faced a challenge in March 2021, without being an official sponsor, and with no TV media, what could we do to ensure Coors Light could maintain game day awareness while converting consumers during the nation’s biggest basketball competition, March Madness?

We came up with the perfect game plan to help fans escape their busy schedules and catch all of the action, by using an untapped resource; and one of the most popular programs since the beginning of the pandemic - Microsoft Teams.

Teaming up with Buffalo Wild Wings we gave customers a chance to escape their busy work schedules and enjoy all the March Madness action, by blocking their calendars and serving them special deals hidden inside virtual meetings.
